What is 'Buy With Confidence'?

Rip-offs, scams, cowboy tradesmen - consumers are right to be wary when buying goods or services.

However, you can put these fears behinds you thanks to the Buy with Confidence Scheme.

The scheme is a Hampshire County Council Initiative and was launched in 1999, with the aim of promoting the good, reliable tradepeople and retailers across the county.

Member businesses have all been independently checked by staff from the County Council Trading Standards with the letter and spirit of the law. Only if businesses pass all of the stringent tests and requirements can they join the scheme and display the Buy With Confidence logo.

"Free" Drains has been part of the 'Buy With Confidence' scheme since 2001.
